Security Matters #33: Armenia’s exercises in democracy, defence and partnerships.

Armenia is going through a process of democratic reform. In June, the government received a new mandate to continue its work. At the same time, the country is pursuing reforms of its defence and security structures, while seeking to develop new partnerships. In line with these developments, CESS and Peace Dialogue are implementing a defence and democratisation project called TRAC-D. You can read all about it in this issue of Security Matters.
