On 18-20 September CESS and partner institutions from Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia gathered in Groningen to kick of their new DECOS project. The project will seek to empower parliaments, civil society organizations and other actors in their function of democratic oversight of security. It will do so by increasing capacities, enhancing cooperationand fostering a culture of oversight of the security sectors of Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. DECOS is funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and will run for three years.
